A fabulously chunky piece of Theo Fennell - bold, sculptural and unmistakably his.
From Fennell’s Shaft collection, this substantial ring is crafted in rich 18ct yellow gold, with a wonderfully weighty cylindrical bar stretching across the finger. Each end is finished with the designer’s distinctive ‘TF’ monogram picked out in contrasting white gold, giving an otherwise beautifully simple design that little flash of Fennell irreverence.
The broad, softly rounded shank and tubular top give the ring a satisfyingly solid feel on the hand, while its pared-back design makes it incredibly easy to wear. At 11.68g, there is real heft to this one - very much a statement ring without relying on stones to make its presence known.
The inside of the band is signed ‘FENNELL’ and engraved ‘SHAFT’, identifying it as part of the collection, alongside the TF sponsor’s mark and full UK hallmarks for 18ct gold.
This is a pre-owned piece in fabulous condition. There are some subtle surface scuffs consistent with gentle wear, noticeable only on close inspection, which beautifully mattify the overall appearance of the gold and give the ring a wonderfully soft, lived-in finish.
