A beautifully characterful ICONS piece centred around a 0.315ct early old mine cut diamond, of H/I colour and VS2–SI1 clarity — a rare early hand-cut stone with broad, open facets, a distinctive low profile, and transitional characteristics from earlier table cuts.
The diamond displays chunky faceting beneath the table, giving it a soft, glowing presence. It is set in an 18ct yellow gold rubover bezel within an antique trombone link, allowing the stone to sit low and naturally within the piece.
Constructed entirely from antique 18ct gold components, with all links stamped crown “18”, including a sequence of oval links carefully sourced over time. Subtle variations in gold tone reflect the individuality of each element, while remaining cohesive in wear.
Finished with a French antique bolt ring clasp, stamped with the eagle head hallmark. Designed as a versatile extender or connector to elevate and reconfigure your chains. Clasp customisation or additions can be arranged on request (additional cost).
